    A14 closures and diversions began last night (Friday, January 20) for a series weekend maintenance works between junction 23 Spittals Interchange and junction 24 Godmanchester. The work is being carried out on four A14 bridges near Huntingdon for repairs on the Ouse viaduct, River Ouse bridge and Cow Lane bridges.     Miles of the A428 are set for almost three weeks of overnight closures in October. The overnight closures will take place overnight on weekdays between 9pm and 5.30am to enable contractors to renew the surface.
